• Final menu selections and guarantees made with Proof of the Pudding Catering
• Final opportunity to order co-branded merchandise

August 12

• Submit Corporate Shuttle Request form to tournament office
• Submit Hospitality Set-up Scheduling form to tournament office
• Submit Shipment Delivery form to tournament office

August 19

• All shipments to be delivered to tournament office by 5:00pm

August 23

• All hospitality venues must be set by 5:00pm

August 24 – 28

• TOURNAMENT WEEK

August 29

• AmAm Golf Outing at East Lake Golf Club
